Probably slim, but what are my chances for USC?

Hey so I'm kinda just wondering what my chances are at USC, as admissions comes close, I figured I've never done one of these before so I'd wonder.

Ok So I am of Hispanic / Latino Heritage I am Mexican and actually was born in Mexico before moving the the US ( I am a citizen and everything) I am a first generation college student. Now, I live in rural Nebraska in a town of less then 600, so my school that I've gone to HS in all four years actually does NOT offer any sort of AP, IB, or Honors Classes. The only sort of distinction we have is English College Prep courses. We also only offer two years of only Spanish. So my class schedule the past few years has been

Freshman
-Algebra I
-English 9
-American History
-HS Band
-Physical Science
-Speech
-Computer Apps

Sophomore
-Economics
-Entrepreneurship
-General Business
-Geometry
-English 10 CP
-World History
-Art I
-Spanish I
-Biology

Junior

-Art II
-French I (I already spoke fluent Spanish so I enrolled through BYU to get credits for a french class and learn French)
-Algebra II
-Civics, Higher Level
-Psychology
-Anatomy
-English II CP
-Sociology
-Drama I

Senior
-French II
-Yearbook / Journalism
-English Literature CP
-English Composition CP
-Art III
-Librarian Assistant
-Drama II
-Advanced Math
-Accounting

I am currently always between class rank 3 and 4 out of only 29 students. (yeah, we are tiny) I have been on the honor roll and a "High Ability Learner" (which is the only sort of academic achievements we offer) all four years, and have what in general with most GPA's be considered I guess a 3.8 or so, unweighted. (our school doesn't weigh)

My ACT score is sadly only a 25, which, in terms of my class, I'm the third highest scorer behind a 28 and a 30. (Our school isn't very good for tests at all)

My Extracurriculars and achievements include

Competitive Speech - Medaled various times and at all districts in five different events
One Act - Won Best Actor nod at Districts each year
Student Council - Head of "Happy Committee" a student pep committee and various other small parts of it.
Quiz Bowl - Team Captain and winner of 2nd place at conference last year
Science Bowl - Team Captain
All School Play, I've been a lead character for every production
Yearbook - I became Creative Director and Head Editor with no prior Experience, this book has also been nominated for various of the Walsworth (the publisher's) awards including being the showcase book they want to promote from Nebraska. (Our school is a C-2 District school, the schools that get those awards have always been class A schools like the Millards and Lincoln and OPS schools, so this was a great little achievement haha)
Freelance Graphic Editor and Graphic Designer for my school
FBLA

Unfortunately with my EC's I ran out of space to also attach any volunteer experience. ( I am very active in the community and in one of my essays I talked a little bit about it)

I also hold down a job as a service specialist at a JCPenney retail store for one year now, and still going.

I think my essays were very well written and confident, I definitely showed a lot of confidence and interest and all of them were within the word limits. I also went into detail in one about a series that I've developed that has a loyal fan base and following and how it was created. In the creative resume I also highlighted all my works which are very varied, I wish though that I had found out about my painting winning a Scholastic Art Award sooner though, because by the time that announcement was made, my application had LONG been submitted. :( lol

And I know my chances are pretty low, especially since there is such amazing competition out there, so I wonder, does my school, since it doesn't offer much of anything does it really hurt me, and are the odds really against me? I've really tried to take a rigorous schedule in my school with what is out there, I apply myself to everything I do, and I've tried to make the best of what I've had and I've also tried to challenge myself and try different things, but I do understand how ridiculously hard it is to get in, and anyways I'd like to hear some of your opinions! :)

USC: Reach

To be honest, you might have had a better chance at Bates than at USC…
