problem with CSS profile website. Please Help!!!

<p>ok so I typed the special circumstances short answers on microsoft word and copied and pasted it onto the bow thing in the CSS profile. This frustrating message popped up:</p>

<p>Slashes (/ or ), angle brackets (< or >), and ampersands (&), as well as umlauts, tildes, or similar characters not found on a standard American keyboard may cause processing problems. Please remove these characters.</p>

<p>but I don't have any of the prohibited characters above in my short answer thingy magingy. I tried recopying and re pasting it to no avail. So help me please. What can I do to make it save correctly?!</p>

<p>Maybe it’s Word junk. Try copy-pasting the entire thing into Notepad, and cleaning up any junk from there, and copying from notepad to the common app.</p>

<p>It’s like hidden formatting. The easiest way to get rid of it is to do what GeekMom63 said. Copy to notepad and then copy to Profile.</p>
