Do option #3, and even then you need to be prepared for the possibility that ACT will insist on a retake.
Yes, you can and almost certainly will be rescinded if ACT cancels or invalidates your score.
Do Option #3. Do not agree to option #1. The chance of bad results with your school are worse with option #1.
This is one of the reasons why not taking any official test unprepared for a baseline score. For OP, option 3 is the way to go. Good luck.
