Problemss!!!

ok so i am really annoyed right now because theres a ge hist class that i want to take, well thats what registrar says, its music hist 66, its a history ge but for some very odd reason my dpr shows it as a arts and arch ge, but i dont need an arts and arch ge, i need a hist ge...who can i possibly see for this, cuz i think its a huge mistake on uclas part for categorizing a class as a hist but using it as an arts class..this is seriously messed up..i talked to a few counselors but seriously they dont know..any suggestions?

did you talk to a full time counselor?

Maybe some in the registrar's office?

At least your lucky you caught it before you wasted your time taking the class.

I think it's simply because that course can satisty either category. Do you already have a Visual and Performing Arts Analysis and Practice? I'm not sure how the process works for designating which category it satisfies. Perhaps they'll do it automatically when you have a VPAAP course completed (that is if you haven't already)?

where is the registrar's office?

i believe its in murphy hall. i remember at orientation they said it was the offline version of URSA. :p

Registrar is in Murphy Hall.

Yay! I win! :D
