which are u taking?

Calc AB, Euro, French, English Lit

yea i ve got chem and Bio I NEED THOSE 4's!!!

I took AP Bio last yr...the AP wasn't so bad, but I had a great teacher

yeah, i had chem and bio, i woulda had 4s or 5s if i had a better teacher...but haflway through the year, my teachers left and we had to self-teach for the rest of the year...sucked...

I'm taking English Literature, Psychology, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, and United States History. It's sort of unfortunate, though, because as the exams get closer, I feel less inclined to actually study/take them. I'll see how it goes, I guess.

Last year, I took English Language, Chemistry, Biology, and United States Government and Politics. I managed a pretty respectable 2 on the Chem, haha. Needless to say, I won't be trying to get any credit for it at all. :P I thought Biology was much easier than everyone claimed (I received a 4).

inteeeeresting. im in Ib, so no room for AP classes. hence, i've only take 2: gov't and computer science A. comp sci was easy to a point that almost made me cry. i suffered so much through the class, where i was by far the dumbest of the 4 students. and this year i'm taking AB calc, tho i haven't taken the class - im hoping that IB math SL will cover everything.. heh, i should study. i don't want to take first semester calc again.

as for the chem exam... i'm not taking it, but i took the one from 1994, and was a bit insulted. i mean, come on. legitimately, there were 2 questions or so i didn't know on the multiple choice. i then proceeded to make some dumb mistakes on the easiest questions (for example, one that 84% of the ppl got right, but that's not the point). i never got to take a real free response, just a dumb one out of the barron's book, which is atrocious. but i find AP chem kind of sad. for example, how do ppl only get on average 2 out of the 8 reactions??? whatever

and i have IB exams to study for. tho i can only get credit for the chem exam. sigh.

Yup Yup...

HL English, HL Bio, and SL Math Methods next week

then HL History, SL Physics week after

then.........

week after GRADUATION I have to take SL Spanish w t f....

nice nice...2/8 is the average? wow that's bad...prolly from the curve of all those ppl who take it who aren't even prepared lol...i agree reactions can be tough, but the first 4 are easy...
haha wrxstiav, u got spanish AFTER graduation...that sux...when do u graduate though?
yeah, we graduate all late...sucks...but i'm not doin anything after next weeks' calc ap...i'm just gonna hand in blank quizzes, hw everything eh, maybe tests too, o maybe i'll just do good on tests and make sure i pass...lol...

I'm pretty sure that I'm one of the unprepared people who wrecked the AP Chem curve last year.

I haven't even started AP studying.

heh. i don't know my IB exam schedule to well. what i do know is that im taking ap AB calc in the morning and then, after a 5 minute break taking the first paper of SL Math. wow, im an idiot. but my last exam is HL chem, which is the day before the national science olympiad competition. so it looks like i'll have to fly in separate from the team.

haha...thanks hysteron...u helped me get a 3 lol...if there just were a lil more ppl who did bad, i coulda gotten up to a 4! lol...yeah, i may start calc studying this weekend before the exam on wednesday. just maybe...but i really want to try...we'll see how that works...science olympiad? cool...right...yeah i joined science club to get an officer position but we don't do anything related to science...ok, i'm gonna get some sleep...maybe...everything is still a maybe that always will be...

hey guys, i took my first and last ap exam of the year!! whoo hoo.... calc was quite challenging actually...if we just had some more time, i would have been able to answer some of the questions i either left blank or guessed on...

AB calc? hmmmmmm. i was under the impression it wasn't tooo bad... the multiple choice will be my downfall, as always, as im not much into theory (and, for some reason, i make a lot more dumb mistakes on the multiple choice).

but the free response was insultingly easy. perfect points? no, because i only learned slope fields and whatever else was on that question a week before the exam, but it'll be close

i better get a 5.

I took Eng Lit today, and I will be excessively upset if I don't get a 5.

USH tomorrow, it should be pretty awful considering I haven't touched my textbook since the Compromise of 1850.

Calc BC sucked booty.

i wish i could take BC Calc...... but no! im stuck in SL math, which doesn't go into BC stuff... and the year after i leave they start offering HL math, the second of year of which is coregistered with BC Calc... damn it!

what did ppl think of IB exams they've taken so far? (those who are in it, of course)

IB English was ok...took paper 1 so far
I took Math HL class, but took SL math, let's just say my year calculus was pretty useless for that test...
IB Bio HL Paper 2 was pretty tough...for me

Woh....

Come on....

A little faith in our music program. On top of that there is a lot more crossover htan you think. But it's on a student by student basis.

When you apply for auditions (intermediate or higher) your assigned with someone who can teach you.

I have several friends who take lessons at eastman. Most of them take lessons with Grad students at Eastman. However I know one or two, however, who take lessosn with full professors at Eastman. It's just that you have to...well essnetially be able to get into eastman to get those lessons.

And Dr. Harmon graduated from Eastman. He rocks! Woot!

yeah, scratches head I guess that's my blurb into this....

dltprm, do you know a scholarship called Harmon potter?
