I'm interested in Education, but more on the policy side than teaching. I've looked at a lot of programs at universities, but most of them are geared towards teaching. What universities are strong in educational policy? Also, where are some places people could get jobs as an educational policy graduate?

Look for programs in public policy…education is one of the major policy areas and many departments will have something for you.

I agree with IvyIsGreen13, but alternately you can also go for a degree in Education or Education Studies and later go into policy making through that.

For Educational Policy: Brandeis, Brown, Carleton, Emory, Macalester, Stanford, Vassar, Washington University in St. Louis
