Projections of Junior Year, could really use some advice

Just to let you guys know, some of these things are projections of my junior year ahead, and it would be really helpful for those projections to be scrutinized under the standards to some of my dream schools: WUSTL, Northwestern, Brown (schools at that level)

Objective:
SAT I: 1420 (740 M, 680 W/R) this was from last week on Khan Academy
Projected: 1500+ (790 M, 740 W/R) by October
SAT II: Planning to take Math II and US History, if all things go south, 700+
ACT: not sure if I should take it, the SAT is easier/cheaper to study for (Khan Academy)
GPA (out of 4.0) 3.75
Rank: Top 5%
AP: World History (3), US History (5) Projections for Junior Year: Calc BC (5), Chemistry (5), Lang (4), Euro (5) Possibly Art History
IB: Not an IB school (thanks a lot Illinois)
Senior Year Course Load: AP Stats, AP Economics, AP Gov, AP Literature, AP Physics, International Relations
Major Awards (not much, as it stands, but I plan to add on to it by taking the PSAT) Regional Chess Champ, Track 400 All-Conference/Sectional, (PSAT) National Merit Semifinalist (isn’t Illinois ~215?), National Hispanic Recognition Program, AP Scholar with Distinction

Subjective:
ECs: Track (Captain) 4 years (plus other sports during other seasons to condition), Chess (1st board) 3 years, NHS (Officer [projected]), Model UN (Secretary)
Job/Work/Experience: Taco Bell, Landscaping
Volunteer/Community Service: Camp SOAR counselor, Guidance Page, Tutor at school
Summer Activites: Conditioning Camps for track, Georgetown’s American Politics Institute (hope that working can pay this off), Self-Taught Computer Science, SAT/ACT studying, EF Tour Best of England w/ Paris extension, (projected) possibly an internship in Chicago or if not here locally w/ a state representative.

Financial Aid? Is this even a question?!
Intended Major: Political Science, Law, CS (or undecided, either one)
State: IL
Country: US
School Type: Medium Public
Ethnicity: Hispanic
Gender: Male
Income Bracket: 60,000
Hooks: URM, FIrst-generation

I’d really appreciate if someone could give me constructive criticism on this…

Also, is it just me or do the affluent get more opportunities, such as Summer Activities? Do universities account for the differences in income?

The fact that you’re hispanic will help, but your SAT and UW GPA is on the low side, for the schools listed. Your ECs are a bit scattered and don’t really demonstrate a passion. Take a look at some safeties. Depending on where you live, you should look into your state flagship. Start working on your essay ASAP and get as much feedback as possible.
