So my daughter got into both Villanova and Providence business schools. Providence offered her a healthy scholarship and Villanova offered nothing. My question…is Villanova business school (finance) worth the extra $100k that a Providence degree would provide? What about the overall experience. Looking for opinions please. Thx.
Congratulations to your daughter for getting into Villanova and Providence! I was accepted to Providence’s business school (accounting) and I was differed from Villanova’s business school (accounting).Personally, Villanova is my first choice and Providence is my third choice but if I got more money from Providence I would go there. I think Villanova is a better school and I feel like they are more well known but either school is a good choice, just depends on how much money you want to spend!!! Hope that helped!

Visited Providence this past weekend and really liked it, but not as much as Nova. It will be a tough choice, but the finances might win out. 
Both are good schools. No school is worth the extra 100K. Go to Providence and save the money for grad school or use the 100K to start your own business couple years down the road.
