Hi everyone,
I’m a sophomore in High School and I’m taking the PSAT tomorrow. Is there a scaling system for sophomores taking this by any chance? I remember hearing this back in my freshman year when there were sophomores in my Geometry class and they were saying there was. Just wondering if there is one.

No, everyone is graded the same, though they probably will put out information on how well the sophomores do.
As mathyone, the grading is the same, but your percentile ranking will reflect how you did both against all PSAT takers and 10th grade ones. It doesn’t count for anything though- it really is just for practice.
The test wasn’t nearly as hard as I was anticipating it to be. Now that I think of it, I remember there being the percentile. Thanks for clarifying that for me @mathyone and @collegemom3717.
@knears yeah, I didn’t find it too bad either. The hardest part for me was bubbling those 6 pages of personal info!
