PSAT score differences?

Took this year's (2013) PSAT, got two wrong in Math section for a score of 76. I read in one of the forums that another person got only one wrong in the same section and also got 76. Why is this? (We both tested on Wednesday, if that makes a difference.) Were there any significant/score-affecting differences between Wednesday and Saturday?

Could be that the other person possibly is mistaken and may have accidentally either put the wrong score or the number missed? There shouldn’t be a discrepancy in the scores among any of the PSAT scores nationwide.

Maybe one of your two was a grid-in so you didn’t lose the 1/4 of a point?

You wouldn’t get penalized for only 1 or 2 wrong as 0.5 was rounded.

For example,
54 - 1.25 = 52.75 = 53
54 - 2.5 = 51.5 = 52
