<p>No. The cutoffs change from year to year. But usually, they don't change by more than + or - 3 points.</p>

<p>yah im a junior... i take it tomorrow. so say the cut-off for class of 2010 is 212 for south carolina. if i get a 214 do i get national merit semi finalist??</p>
<p>I don't see why not as long as you score at the cutoff level or above for your state.</p>
