<p>Hey! I took the PSAT this fall as a junior. </p>
<p>On Collegeboard.com it tells you what percentage you lie in FOR EACH SUBJECT in one's state. </p>
<p>I got 98%, 97%, and 97% (Crit/Math/Writing) for my state. Is it still possible for me to be in the top 1% overall IN MY STATE?</p>

<p>Theoretically, yes. If people at the top tend to do best in one particular section (which seems reasonable), then it’s possible for you to be in the top 1%. Not likely, but possible.</p>

<p>My score was 219, and I live in California.</p>
<p>Tuakkii, I believe last year’s cutoff was 217 so if the cutoff doesn’t drastically change, you might make it.</p>
