on the zealot/caricature/dilettante/sycophant/paragon question does anyone remember the exact wording of the question? Did it say something like what is the preacher described as in lines -? all the other answer choices refer to a type of person, but a caricature is an actual illustration or representation so could that even be right? he couldn't be described as a caricature??
anyone remember the wording of the question?

caricature: To represent or imitate in an exaggerated, distorted manner.
So to answer your question, yes, it could.

caricature was right because he was described as appearing heinously villainous like a saturday morning cartoon

definitions

a representation of a person that is exaggerated for comic effect

A picture where the subject is depicted in a satirizing way that exaggerates its distinctive characteristics in a comical or grotesque way.

yea caricature is right...i got it wrong, put dilletante..

what was the answer tot he one about animals-like it talked about how big animals naturaly make big sounds, and then it asked what was the underlying purpose of that paragraph.

and could someone remember a fill in the blank math question that had either the answer 82 or 84 (i now think its 82)

what question?

yea i forgot the question but the answer was like 82 or so..it was in the fill-in-the blank section, i want to see if i did right since i didnt hvae time to check work.

and what was the answer to that question about big animals and big sounds.

do you remember any of the answer choices on the big animals and sounds question?

no thats what im trying to find out

i know one of the answers wasbig animals dont necissarily always make big sounds.

and there was one about why do humans talk softely to babies-was that because humans adjust their voices to different situations (another answer choice was like humans accidently copied off of animals)

oh ok..
i dont remember what i put for the first one, did you put animals dont always make big sounds? that seems like something i may have put

for the other one ya i definitely put humans naturally adjust their voices to different situations

guys, what was the one for Arbella's plan - soemthing like failed to anticipate negative outcomes or didn't leave room for improvisation. I put failed to anticipate negative outcomes. What do you think?

i also put failed to anticipate.....

Yeah Draconian was right and caricature was right because it was the same exact question from June 2005 SAT :D Anyone know about the improving paragraph with Consider shy people and For example, blah blah blah? And the one right after that one?

Where'd you get a copy of the June 2005 SAT?

I put 'Consider shy people.'

I know the next one was D, i got it wrong and put B.... boo.

I put consider shy people. (choice B i think)

what was the next quesiton?
was it the one about combining two sentences?

I just know that for the last column i got like 7 Ds or so out of the 13 choices

(it was like DDBDDCDADB...so on), itnever had 3 Ds in a row, just alos of DDs

What abt arbellas plan? failed to anticipate or didnt leave room

failed to anticipate negative consequences

what'd you put on the question about what should be added to the paragraph? did you put something like people never get to know roger's warm personality

i put faliled to anticipate negative outcomes..
and itwas because queen elizabeth was wary about other people getting power..

what were the last 5 writing questions..ikinda went fast (like 1 min for all 5), i remember there was a "people dont know uncle because hes shy" but i dont know if it was either the origianl one or choice b the fixed one.

and the one with the retorical question was it ("why do people think my uncle is shy?"

EDIT: yea iput so,thus, people never get toknow my uncle's warm personality(but wanst that the last question onthe test, not the one after consider shy people? wasnt the retorical question after considershy people

I put that arbella's plan failed to anticipate negative outcomes.
Can anyone else confirm the presence of an error in "The fascinatingly intricate web of rivers on Europa" I thought that fascinatingly was incorrect, since it should be an adjective rather than an adverb. If this is not the case, then there were 4 no errors?
Ribbon shirt
Europa (maybe)
Beatles
Bill being blocked

ya the warm personality was the last one (sry didnt mean to confuse)

the one after consider shy people was about rewriting the sentence that was like "some people misjudge roger's actions and are offended by them because they don't understand him" (it was completely different than that but same meaning)

after that one ^ was the rhetorical question "why do people think my uncle is shy?'

i don't think there was an error in the fascinatingly intricate web...question, but im not positive

I only got 3 non errors
the ribbon(imguessing that was like the third sentence fix thing)
europa
beatles

i missed the last question about bill.

im pretty sure europa is E because fascinatingly describes intricate and adverbs modify adjectives..

anyways ityped that phrase into google and the first page was about barnes and nobles and they said "the fascinatingly intricate book"

just likei typed the phrase its being passed and apparently that works, atleast several news articles had that phrase in it..

i still cant remember that math question that had the 82 in it..oh well..it was oneof the fill in the blanks..
