PSP Phone...

I so hope everything goes well with the phone and psp2 and 3DS

I’m sorry but I believe that the 3D on the new DS is cool but it won’t sell like the Wii. No 3D entertainment system has exploded into success. There are 3D TV and 3D computers but they haven’t taken off.

Except for a small niche, no one wants to wear 3D glasses when watching movies, playing games, etc. It’s also an eye strain after a couple hours because of the amazing effects. If they make a 3DS without glasses, it will cause huge headaches. It’s like looking at an optical illusion for a long time!

Plus I think the demographic for the NGP will be boys 13+ yrs old. If Sony advertises “Quad core CPU! Powerful! Amazing graphics! Double touch screen!” and the boys will be all over it.

Yay to NGP

Fail to the Xperia Play

The NGP looks like it will be very expensive though. Analysts are already guessing it will cost $300+ and even more if you want the PSP with a data plan. I don’t know if I will want to pay that much for a portable device; but with the NGP, new Elder Scrolls, Mass Effect 3, and the Halo CE remake, it looks like I will be so broke during the holidays.

There’s this thing called “turning the 3D off”.

Besides, people sell the 3DS short because they immediately dismiss it as a DSi with 3D, when it too is making a huge leap in processing power and features from its predecessors. Yeah, it doesn’t have PS3-grade graphics, but it’s not like I’m looking to play Crysis on a handheld.

^ Ohhh, you can turn off the 3D… lol. I didn’t see that feature on the online reviews.

Also you don’t have to wear glasses for the 3D stuff and idk if you can turn it off…

Obviously… someone hasn’t learned that the 3DS uses glassless 3D technology.

^Exactly what I was thinking!
