PSU or Texas Tech for Me

I got accepted to both Pennsylvania State U.-University Park and Texas Tech, I am planning on either going for anything relating to EE, CS, CE, EECS, etc. What do you recommend has a better program for this kind of engineering? I plan on moving out west to the Silicon Valley area after I get my B.S. and hope to get into Stanford's engineering grad school to get my M.S. or get a job in the San Jose / San Francisco area. Which degree from which school will look better for me? I see PSU is ranked at #14 for best UG engineering program and Texas Tech is not even ranked on there. But that is just overall, it does not focus on their EE / CS programs.

One thing I noticed is that PSU and TT both have EE and CS for undergrads. But PSU has Computer Engineering, while Texas Tech has EECS (Electrical Engineering and Computer Science) - which Penn State does not have.

What do you recommend? - Basically, tell me which B.S. would be the best out of the possible options (example: b.s. in MAJOR from SCHOOL)

PS - Is it possible for me to view a list of best undergraduate schools in engineering with a focus on electrical engineering / computer science?

Penn State is good, but I think Texas Tech is better.

Why is it that Texas Tech isnt ranked? I really like the fact that Texas Tech has EECE... I believe that I superior to PSU's CE major.

I strongly recommend you to go Pennsylvania State -University Park
"Why is it that Texas Tech isnt ranked?" - it's on Nat.U. third tier school.

Are you seriously considering Texas Tech over Penn State. What is this some kind of joke?
