Can someone who has taken psychobio upper divs give me some insight into what it's like? I'm interested in applying to physical therapy school & was thinking of just majoring in psychobio and taking some physci electives...

Thoughts?

I am a psychobiology major. I don’t know much about PT school requirements but at the very least I can say that psychobiology has a good variety of courses and is flexible in terms of taking classes from other majors to count as electives. I have had upper division classes in areas such as health and developmental psychology, both of which I found to be very enjoyable to learn about. They aren’t extremely time consuming and the midterms/finals are typically all multiple choice. I recommend just taking what sounds interesting to you (although physci makes sense for PT) and maybe trying some courses from subjects you aren’t familiar with because you never know, you could fall in love with something and decide to pursue it further.
