publications to which i can submit my philo article?

yes, identical posting in a second forum. to what publications might a high school sumbit an article on philosophy or on the incorporation of philosophy into american curriculum?
i'm not looking into anything like harpers, but are there any other magazines of moderate reknown which might accept it? If more curriculum oriented, the American Educator seems a good bet, but anything else? any tips would be much appreciated :)

You wrote an article and you're trying to publish it? And you're in high school? You must be either very competent or very arrogant.

well, sorry about coming across as being arrogant. I don't think i can really judge that for myself. I'll settle for any minor publication if that's what it takes; it's just an issue that rather concerns me.
Whether it's good or not is up to them to decide. I hope it is.
Your post did strike me as arrogant though, in that it presupposes one thing or another about the author of the previous post while offering neither help nor advice. Perhaps i am neither of the two. Perhaps i just need a couple pointers. After all, that's all i requested.

good point plato dude

What a philosopher! E-mail a professor at a local university. You might bug them, but you'll get quick results since they really know what they are talking about and probably often have students read articles from journals.

laughs. thanks a lot for the help. that's a good idea.

Send it to every literary magazine online and in print that you can think of. You will most likely get no response, lots of rejections, but there's bound to be some sort of hopeful response.
