Okay so I;m an international student and I’ve been admitted to both universities’ CS program… My question is which university is better for CS? Which University has better job prospects and better internship opportunities? I know Purdue is very well known in the US but is it better for CS? Who would employers prefer, a CS undergrad from purdue or a CS undergrad from UMD?
For a job in your own country, you need to ask employers there.
To find out about placement for CPT and OPT, you need to ask the career offices at each of these universities. They will be able to tell you where international students find jobs.
