Pursuing an MS Finance in Hong Kong?

I'm currently an undergrad majoring in International Economics, and I'm interested in going to Hong Kong Poly after graduation for their one-year MS Finance program. I am not interested in an MBA course, I'm more interested in being a finance specialist. How is this qualification, and is training in Hong Kong viewed favorably by Asian and American companies?

I think you would be better off doing an MS here in the States or maybe the UK (e.g. LSE). Poly is not that reputable in HK and would certainly not be more well known outside of HK. If you prefer HK, University of HK has by far the best rep, followed by Chinese University of HK, then HK Science and Tech, in that order.
