So, I just spent tonight filling out of the CSS Application to meet my ED deadline for Penn. However, after I submitted it, I realized I did not indicate I was applying ED instead of RD. I tried to change it, but there's no way to do that on the website once its submitted. What should I do?! I contacted CollegeBoard, but I'm so worried...I'm freaking out, and my mom's ****ed off at me...

Have I just wasted $25 and hours of my life for nothing due to one little mistake?

I would call the Penn Undergrad Financial Aid office first thing on Monday and they can correct it on their end. I know that you can’t change it on Collegeboard once submitted.

CollegeBoard responded to me with:

"In response to your question, Colleges and programs that require The CSS/Financial Aid PROFILE (PROFILE) provide us with their early decision priority filing dates, even though your printed application shows the regular priority date.

The PROFILE application is customized based on the schools you select in the registration process and the system identifies the early and priority filing dates that are on file for each institution.

If you selected a school that has an early decision date, as long as you complete the registration and submit the application on or prior to that early decision date, you will meet the schools deadline requirement."

Does this mean I don’t have to worry about anything?

Call Penn on Monday.

Call Penn on Monday. Do not leave it to your interpretation of what CB said.

Where do you have to indicate whether RD or ED? I finished mine but I did not see any place that I had to select one.
