<p>Bohiko, if you’re an Ontario resident, you would apply for student loans through OSAP, even if you’ll be studying in Quebec.</p>

<p>Catria, it really depends case by case. Some students are fully granted, some are only given loans and some get certain amount as a loan and the rest as a grant.</p>
