Queens college and St. John's University, which is better?

Queens college and St. John's University, which is better? Or maybe Queens college vs. St. John's University vs. Baruch College?

I need some advices.
cuz some told me that CUNY is CUNY and I shouldn't expect much if I choose CUNY.
some said that private and public school provide the same education.
Can anyone help me out?
That..
Queens college vs. St. John's University vs. Baruch College?

THANK YOU!

I visited St. Johns and it was pretty good, and I my english attended Queens College. I will choose St. Johns (the one in queens).

What can you afford? St. John’s is significantly more expensive than CUNY-Queens.

If I choose to go to St John’s, I need to borrow $10000 for a year.
Should I go to St. John’s because it seems to have a better reputition?

Queens College has a very good rep, yes it is a City University not private but you will get an excellent education there. I have several nieces and nephews who have and are going there now and all did well, my niece is a teacher and had no problem finding a job after she graduated several years ago. They also recently completed dorms. St John’s is a private Catholic College, expensive, a different education but not necessarily better then that you would get at Queens. Locations are similar so you need to decide if the extra money out of your pocket is worth it as I doubt you’ll get a better paying job because you went to St John’s vs Queens. Have you visited and gotten a feel for which would fit you better?

So… St John’s can really help me to find a better paying job than Queens college? Did I get what you mean?

CUNY Queens is a fine school. Neither is better at helping you find employment than the other.

Queens College is a good school with a fine reputation for training teachers. If your major is education, you can’t go wrong with Queens. They have a good music program as well. In fact, Queens is generally considered the best of the CUNY schools. Baruch is known for its business programs. Its location in midtown Manhattan is a plus. IMO, unless there is something about St John’s that really appeals to you, save some money while getting a good education at a CUNY school. Good luck.

thank you all of you.
