Ques about loans

<p>on my financial aid page on efan, it says that I have accepted a loan of $3500 for my first year. however, it says “accepted- will not pay” next to the loan. i also have a small grant that says “accepted- will pay” next to it.</p>

<p>so how come it says that for my loan, they will not pay, even though i’ve already accepted it? does it have anything to do with that “Direct Loan Master Promissory Note” that we’re supposed to sign? because my dad said he already did it for me, and he’s wondering why it still says that they won’t pay for the loan.</p>

<p>Did you have to print anything to send to the Fin Aid office? Don't fret, I mailed my stuff over a week ago and still haven't had my red smiley's change. I'm guessing they're swamped with everyone's paperwork.</p>

<p>In my case, it said they'd be notified electronically, but apparently they haven't been yet. :P</p>
