Questions!

1) Do we need to submit a tax return form or any of the sort?
"If you don’t currently have detailed income information, then it is acceptable for you to approximate it on the application, but you will need to provide official documentation of your income by October 8th (e.g. 1040 form, W-2 form, summary of government benefits, etc.)."
does the bolded part refer to all people?

2) What other info did people put in the additional info section? Should it be in a paragraph or some short sentences for each thing we describe (eg. like what collegehopeful78) did?

3) Did anyone list that they're QB College Prep Scholarship Finalist? If so where, in the Academic Honors section or extra info?

4) Does academic honors only relate to awards you receive in school? Or does music awards count too?

Who else is rushing their application right now!?!? Jakor raises both hands!

alyjenn, where does it state about the tax documentation by October 8th? I have scoured the questbridge site and can't find that! Thanks

Says that on FAQ

Use sort sentences because some of this things really cent be described in a paragraph and its not really an essay type thing.

3 hours left? are the serves working ok?

I must be really tired. I just read the FAQ section through twice and still can't find it. Jakor, what # question under what heading is that under please?

woo hoo...the server is down :S

grrr...only a couple hours left...thank god its Pacific time...

GA2012MOM: go to the Household Income section on the application and at the top of the page it says: "What should you list... FAQs" Click on that and you can see what alyjenn means

I'm finishing my biography essay right now w0000000000t!

Thank you Jakor, I was on the home page FAQ's, thought I was going crazy!

GA2012MOM: http://www.questbridge.org/students/household_info_faq.html
opps looks like you found it already!

So can anyone answer my question about the tax reforms?

It sounds like to me if you or your parents are not absolutely sure that the amounts that you have listed in this section are not correct, that you would need to send documentation. However it doesn't really make sense, If you don't know today, Sept. 30th, what different would you know 8 days later? I think I may call them tommorrow for clarification.
