Do you think I have a good shot at getting into these schools?

Princeton
Yale
Harvard
Stanford
MIT
Caltech
University of Michigan CoE
Northwestern
University of Notre Dame
UCalBerkeley
Johns Hopkins (BME major)
Cornell
University of Chicago
University of Illinois Urbana

ACT: 33 (34 math, 35 English, 30 reading, 32 Science)
GPA: 3.98 unweighted
SAT Subjects: 800 Math II (will take SAT Chem)
AP: No AP courses offered at my school
Senior Course load:
Dual credit at local college Differential Equations/Linear Algebra, Calculus II, Physics I: Mechanics, General Chemistry I
+ High school English 12, Drafting I
Spring: Calculus III, Linear Algebra, Physics II: Electromagnetism, General Chemistry II, Psychology+ high school English 12, Drafting

*self studied calc II to take Diff Eqns in the Fall, got special permission from my professor.

Rank: 4/208 unweighted.... basically i'm the top student if we had weighted GPA
School type: Rural noncompetitive, aka no one goes to any of those schools but umich
EC: Robotics (12, ton of involvement, at least 6 hours per week and up to a lot more), Lion's Club (10,11,12), SADD (10,11,12), Mentoring elementary students (11, 12, 6 hours a week)
Volunteering: Animal shelter... Hospital (12), Tutoring (10,11,12, 4+ hours a week), STEM Club For Kids... really passionate about promoting the idea of learning and science to younger kids to get them interested. I really want to do outreach in college to students all over the US and other countries and at-risk or challenged students particularly! This is what I'm most passionate about..

Work Experience: 20+ hours a week during school year, 43+ hours a week during the summer
Recommendations will be good! One is from the math department chair and my professor, my counselor really likes me i know, etc, the usuals... professor is writing about my extenuating circumstances because he has grown to know me personally..

Hooks: First generation, maybe extremely extenuating circumstances..
Income: <30 k, but huge unreimbursed medical expenses by moms severe conditions

Extenuating circumstances: Heroin and crack addicted parents, spent most of my time in ghetto panhandling with my parents, moved each year 99, sometimes more than once, foster care, abuse, lived in a trailer, very poor, father passing away in sophomore year, lived in a hotel for a month and camper, mother is severely ill, etc..

Please consider how hard I have worked just to even have an education. A lot of people are handed APs and IBs.... I've literally paid for my car, insurance, gas, dual enrollment costs, textbooks, paid for my summer course... helped out with payments around the house.

one more note... couldnt volunteer/ECS much freshman and sophomore year.... dad was off at appts far away for VA rehabilitation and oftentimes doing drugs.... i lived 11 miles from the school
Thanks!

I think you shoould have posted this on QB forum.
But I personally know people(FB friend and some neighbor kids) who did QB, and many of them are accomplished like you.in similar-socioeconomic wise, family issue, etc- situations.
You have high chance to be a finalist, but make sure that to have some safeties in mind.
Good luck
