If I was on a team that ran from Sept - June, which is 40 weeks, would I put "40" under "wks/yr" or would I need to count the actual days that we met so it would be more like 7 wks/yr?

Thanks

If you needed to do that, I don't see why you wouldn't just count the actual hours you met, and then the hrs/wk would be rendered useless. So just do 40 weeks.

Put 40 wks. So if you met once a week for 3 hrs, the activity would be listed as 3 hrs/wk, 40 wks/year.

K, thought so, thanks.

you can either put down hours per week or weeks per year.
