URGENT question - Wks/Yr

Under the activities, where it says "Wks/yr", does that want us to do this, for example:

Activity A, volunteering random days so put down however many weeks it has been since we started volunteering? (even though I haven't been volunteering every single day of the week?) ex 30 weeks?

OR

Activity A, volunteering everyday of the week, but only for 4 weeks. (So I would write 4)

Please help, I'm really confused.

Or maybe I should word it like this...

Activity A, we meet 1 time a week for 2 hours.

Therefore, would each meeting count as another week per, or just a day towards a week per year?

Bump, I know this question is dumb but I just want an answer xD.

bump .

u put how many weeks have u actually done the activity and then put the year

My guess would be the first one. At least that's how I did it...

First, how many weeks did the activity take place? If you met for 30 weeks, put 30. If it was a one-time thing, put 1.

Next, how many hours did you dedicate to that activity every week? A one-hour meeting and that's it? Put 1. A one-hour meeting, a full 8-hour day every weekend, plus an hour or so every week to prepare and follow up? Put 10.

If the amount of time you spend on the activity varies, then estimate, average, do whatever you need to do so the /total/ time you spent is reflected more or less accurately.
