<p>i have a question.. im a freshman and i plan on transfering after this year.. and ive got my first advisor meeting for my 2nd semester classes.. my question is do i tell them i plan on transfering or do i just not tell them.
the positive i see of it is them helping me pick classes that would transfer and whatnot.. the negative i see is they will try to get me to stay or just not trry to help as much..
any suggestions?</p>
<p>tell them...even if they disapprove, you should hear their opinions - they should know what to do if you're planning to transfer. counselors usually wouldn't try to keep you there; they would, however, give you suggestions for the best.</p>
