question about assist.org "uc transfer admissions eligibility courses"

hi i go to Pasadena City College and when i went on assist.org, i compared my school's uc transfer course list to the UC Davis GE Articulation Agreement list and noticed that English 1A and Biology 4(both from my college) were not in the same subject areas than the UC Davis list. English 1A of my college isn't listed as an Arts and Humanities class, and Biology 4 of my college isn't listed as a Social Science class on the UC Transfer Admissions Eligibility Course List. Should I follow UC Davis' list instead of the uc transfer course list for my school? Or the other way around?

ASSIST Report: PASADENA 10-11 UC Transfer Admissions Eligibility Course List

ASSIST Report: PASADENA 09-10 UCD GE/Breadth Articulation Agreement

If you follow IGETC you’ll be fine. follow IGETC. your community college does your certification

oh, well UC Davis says that if i want to get a B.S. its recommended that i use their GE system.
