Yeah, hopefully I’ll get to see a lot of you next year (not like we’ll recognize each other, but the sentiment’s nice, hahaha ). I completely love washu, couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend these four years of my life. I attended a public high school in Iowa.

Club soccer is a student run and coached program (other schools have coaches, but we don’t. Also, I think the large majority of players prefer NOT having a coach, myself included). We hold tryouts in the fall, anyone is welcome to try out. We don’t cut anyone (not allowed to since it is a school club), but we do have two different levels of competition. We have a traveling team which competes against other schools in Missouri and Kansas (as well as some other local teams and tournaments). The traveling team is a member of a national organization, and thus participates in regional (and national, if we are good enough) tournaments. This past season we just placed 3rd/4th in the nation, which was our best finish ever. The other team participates in a local men’s league. The skill level isn’t as high, but it’s still plenty of fun.
