Question about Big Red Bucks and Restaurants

I know Cornell gives students Big Red Bucks every semester...can I use these for restaurants on campus? If so, which ones? Does Plum Tree take BRBs? Thanks

You can use Big Red Bucks, which are included in most meal plans, at any on-campus dining location (dining hall or a la carte) run by Cornell Dining as well as for food at convenience stores (such as Nasties at RPCC). Plum Tree Restaurant is in Collegetown and is not operated by Cornell Dining. There is another program, called City Bucks, which you can read about here: [City Bucks](<a href=“Residential Life | Student & Campus Life | Cornell University”>Residential Life | Student & Campus Life | Cornell University), which lets you create a debit account you can use at specific Ithaca restaurants, including Plum Tree.

Check out [Meal Plans](<a href=“Residential Life | Student & Campus Life | Cornell University”>Residential Life | Student & Campus Life | Cornell University) for more info about meal plans.

Thank you!

Plum Tree is so overpriced given its mediocre quality…

But there’s no choice if you want sushi. /:
