Question about cancelling scores! HELP!

<p>After the October test, I cancelled my score. I filled out this form the test center had. How do I verify that collegeboard has received this form? Should I call them up? When should I do this and what should I say?</p>

<p>Please help me. I don't want collegeboard to score my test and everything and end up sending it to the colleges i requested. After I found out I couldn't answer one CR question in section 2, I lost all hope. So I guessed all CR/Writing questions without reading anything. I started bubbling answers on the answer sheet, then drew in the booklet.</p>
