question about choosing courses

Ok so I originally wanted to take physics, advanced bio, stats in my junior year. But my school couldn't give me advanced bio and stats together. So I ended up choosing to give up stats and continue Latin, since some colleges recommend 4 years of language. But then I remembered that colleges recommend even more 4 years of math. But I technically took, in 9th grade, 3 math courses in one year. I did geometry (the normal), algebra ii (usually in 10th grade), and pre-calculus (usually in 11th grade). So I took BC Calculus in my soph year. I really want to become a doctor so I wanted to pile up on my sciences. Do you think colleges will mind me taking one year away from math, since I did all that math before?

I was also thinking of self-studying Stats and taking the AP Stats to show colleges that I didn't just do no math junior year.

Any advice??

Since you will be a junior, you may think about simply saving AP Stats for Senior year. That way, you will get the recognition on your transcript for AP Stats and no need to self-study. The "four years of math" recommendation is prevent applicants from slacking senior year, IMO. Your case is different.
