Question about common app.

Hi everyone I had a question. I want to do "topic of your choice". 2 questions
1. First can I use an essay from another college (i had a really good one).
2. If so where do I put the question or the type of topic? Like it says topic of your choice but admissions will be confused most likely...

Also In cornell supplement, do I have to submit the common app to access it? I really am wondering to see if I have to do extra stuff.

thanks!

Oh and I am applying to college of engineering if that matters at all.

Ok nm I read the supplement (for some reason couldnt find it..). And now I am just wondering about question 1 and 2.

bump 10 char.

If I can remember correctly:

Yes you can use the essay from the other college, just make sure to put in 'CORNELL' instead of the other college haha that happens to people.

I don't think that you put the topic in the common app: you can title your essay and that can be your topic, and THEN put the whole thing in the common app text box.

Yeah, it's not like... what was it, Penn or JHU or some app like that, you have to make up your own creative question blah blah.

Ok thanks a lot guys. I am wondering again though, if i send the common app to many schools how can i put each school's name individually?

you can open up a new app for each one. do the copy, open thing. then you can do them all separately.
