<p>I've read some of the threads and haven't been able to find an answer...
I looked at some ED applications and they say that "SAT tests must be completed by the November test date"
...BY the november test date...does that mean BEFORE the november test date? or is it ok for SAT tests to be completed ON the november test date?<br>
