I've applied to 2 different colleges in different counties (relatively close) and listed both of them when applying for FAFSA. The colleges are College A and College B. I'm accepted to both.

College A is the school I was originally going to attend. I've done nothing but submit an application online. I've never done any assessment/placement testing, attended orientation or chose any classes. But they've already sent me an e-mail saying what awards I qualified for. The awards and it's totals are also listed on their page where you can view your final financial aid information. It was a BOGW and Pell Grant.

College B is the school I've only recently applied to. I've done nothing but apply. When I go to check my financial aid information through the site it only lists the BOGW.

Why doesn't it list the Pell Grant? Do I need to do something in order for it to transfer over? Will it go to College B automatically? Does it only go to one school? I'm confused...thanks for any help/input in advance.

In California, it is sometimes the case that only one state school will list your entire award. Pick a school, move it to the top of your list for FAFSA, and the awards will shift to that school.

If I do that will my FAFSA need to be processed all over again? Will it be in time for the Fall 2013 school year?

No, it won’t need to be processed all over again. But if you’ve been accepted to College B, you can contact the financial aid office and see if there’s anything you can do to speed things along.

Your Pell should be on your account. It is not uncommon for students to apply to multiple schools, and I have never heard of a school that will not put a pending Pell on a student account simply because their school ID was not listed first on the FAFSA. I think it is a good idea for you to call or visit the school’s aid office - ask them to look at your account & explain why the Pell isn’t there. They will help you. If there is some mistake, they can take care of it. If they have to wait to award your Pell for some reason, they can tell you that. Either way, you will be less stressed if you just call & find out.
