Question about int'l Financial Aid

I'm from Mongolia, and planning to apply for need-based financial aid. I'm confused about what forms I have to complete.

On the int'l section in the website, there's "In order to apply for International Student Financial Aid, you must complete both of the following forms: the International Student Financial Aid Application and the International Student Certification of Finances".

But on the FA section, there's "If you are interested in financial aid, you must submit a College Scholarship Service (CSS)/Financial Aid PROFILE application. In addition to the CSS/PROFILE, you will also be required to the file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to qualify for federal and state-funded student aid".

So, As I understood, CSS/PROFILE and FAFSA don't care for int'ls, and all I have to do is complete the ISFAA and the International Student Certification of Finances AT the time of the application, am I right?? Or do I also have to complete the PROFILE and the FAFSA?? Thank you.

you are right.
i applied lehigh ed and filled the International certificate of finances and the international student financial application form
the Profile and FAFSA forms are only for the US students

Thank you, and just for making sure, I am applying RD, is it the same?

sorry, but "bump!"

yeah.. its got to be the same for ED and RD
