Int'l Financial Aid Confusion.

Hi I'm an international student applying for undergrad need-based financial aid to some American colleges. There are some websites, like Collegeboard, which state that, in addition to the CSS Profile Int'l students must also submit something called a Foreign Student Certificate of Finances for particular colleges like say Brown. However, when I tried googling "Foreign Student Certificate of Finances Brown" nothing comes up and on the Brown website they only request Int'l students fill out the CSS Profile and Parents' Income Tax Return or Wage Statement. This is the case for many of the other colleges I am applying for aid for.

SO... I was wondering if this Foreign Student Certificate is a). still valid or b). something they send afterwards, or something?

Any help at all would be extremely appreciated as I'm filing it soon!

Usually, you can find the link to that form on each college’s website in the section that deals with Int’l applicants and what they need for the app process or the FA area for int’l students.
