<p>Do the same letters of recommendation go out to every school you're applying to on the common app? Under each school you apply to, there's a separate button for "assign recommenders." If I apply to five schools, do I have to invite the same teacher for all five, or will inviting them to just one allow me to use that same letter for the other schools? I'm very unclear on this process.</p>

<p>You invite each teacher only once. Then you can assign them differentially to the schools you are applying. The same letter will be sent to all schools from the same teacher.</p>
