<p>Hey everyone. On the Penn app one of the questions ask you to name a professor that you’d want to study or do research with. Well, I couldn’t find any professors that I wanted to do anything with but there is a group affiliated with Penn that I REALLY want to do research with. Would it look horrible if I disregarded the question and wrote about this group instead?</p>

<p>Choose a professor. Have you seen the coursebook? It has a list of all professors associated with each major, and then you can google them. That's what I did.</p>
<p>what's the group? you might be able to locate a prof who works closely with that group.</p>
<p>it's not such a good idea to completely ignore the instructions for a question (as opposed to creative interpretation)</p>
