Question about Pepperdine's addmissions

I have applied to Pepperdine, and have sent my transcripts a long time ago. I have sent Rush transcripts which was to be sent to them between 2-3 days. Well yesterday I got an email from Pepperdine. here it is:

Thank you for submitting your application for Fall 2011 admission to Seaver College of Pepperdine University. A final audit of your file indicates that we did not receive all required admission documents by our posted deadline of January 15, 2011. We are unable to offer you admission for this term of enrollment.

If you wish to be reconsidered for a subsequent term at Pepperdine University, please refer to the Re-Application instructions on our Web site at: <a href="https://seaver.pepperdine.edu/admiss...ly/reapply.htm%5B/url%5D">https://seaver.pepperdine.edu/admiss...ly/reapply.htm</a>.</p>

If you feel as though you received this message in error, please follow the steps below. Your application may be considered if you have certification or a receipt confirming submission of a missing document. Please note that incorrect or incomplete submission of documents will not be considered. Issues must be resolved by 12:00 P.M. (noon) Pacific Standard Time (P.S.T.) on Thursday, March 17.

I emailed them saying that I have submitted my transcripts a long time ago and that if needed I can do it again, but I dont want to be rejected because of this! I will go and ask at my college about what happened and if they sent my transcripts or not. But I am so freaked out, I've waited so long and they're gonna reject me because they didn't get my transcripts?? And when I really sent it? i never got anything saying that I was missing documents so I never knew that they didn't get it. What do you guys think I can do? SHould I go to Pepperdine??

No reason to be freaked out. You said you had the transcripts sent, and in the email you posted says, “Your application may be considered if you have certification or a receipt confirming submission of a missing document.” Call the school/s that sent your transcripts, ask for proof that you had asked for them a long time ago because Pepperdine did not get them. Call the Pepperdine admissions office, explain the situation and what best way to get your stuff there. (You can probably have the schools email you receipts/proof of your request, then you can print out and overnight FEDEX it to Pepperdine.)

You have today and 2 additional days to get things sorted out, don’t sweat it. (On a separate note, it is important you keep in contact either via online or phone to ensure they get all of your application paperwork.)
