To make a long story short, I plan to get a Master's degree in aerospace engineer at the same school I got my undergraduate degree. I plan to probably finish within a year (mainly due to the fact I took grad classes as an undergrad), and then apply to other PhD programs. I was wondering if those schools look at the undergraduate GPA, or just the Master's GPA. I'm guessing they look at the undergrad GPA, since I'd only have one semester of graduate classes when I apply to the other PhD programs. Thanks.

They’ll look at both. A high MS GPA can only help your odds of admission.

As G.P.Burdell said, they’ll look at both. They would probably put more of an emphasis on your undergrad major GPA (or especially your grades in advanced undergrad aerospace engineering courses) than on your graduate GPA, since graduate courses are generally graded much more ‘loosely’ than undergrad courses. After all, as is well known generally, grades don’t matter much in grad school; what matters is the quality of your research.
