Question about Priority Application Deadlines

<p>For Example, Rutgers, I was wondering if the December 1 date is for the application, or all the credentials together. I see on the website it says all credentials must be received within two weeks of the deadline (Dec 1), but would I still be considered priority if I send in my online application on November 29?</p>

<p>Also, what is different between the priority deadline and the regular deadline that is posted on the website? I see the deadline for "All Transfers" is Feb 1., however, it seems like Dec 1. is the more important deadline.</p>

<p>IDK re second question, you may have to call them. I would assume that the priority deadline folks get an early reading and decision on their apps, but that is just a guess.</p>
