Question about sat??!!!!

Hey guys,
If i take SAT I a couple times with different scores, do colleges look at ur highest one or combine the highest scores in reading, writing and math out of the tests u took.
let say on the first time i got 600 on R, 700 on M and 550 on W(1850 total). the second time i got 700 on R 600 on M and 570 on W(1870total). My question is: do colleges look at the highest one(second) or combine the highest scores from each category (700 on R, 700 on M and 570 on W, which is alot higher)?

Thanks for answering!

What you describe is called “superscoring”. It seems many colleges do that

It depends on the college, look on their websites, they usually fully disclose how admissions looks at SAT scores.
