Question about scholarships

<p>For the business school, the merit scholarship description says:
One or more full-tuition scholarships; up to five partial-tuition scholarships</p>

<p>Does that mean that they offer the full-tuition scholarship to one or more STUDENTS and the partial-tuition scholarship to up to five STUDENTS?</p>

<p>Also, it requires three recommendations. Can one of the recommendations be the EXACT same one you submit for admissions to WUSTL?</p>

<p>I know the recomendations can be the same. How they allocate the scholarships i don’t know. I’m applying for that one too</p>
