Question about Scores on Transcript

<p>My counselor insist on putting all of my ACT scores on my transcript.
I have taken the ACT 4 times and obtained a 30, 32, 32, 33. I only sent my 33 to the colleges I am applying to. I would prefer that they do not see my other scores. Do I have this right?</p>

<p>So I can simply ask them to remove the scores from my transcript?
And where can I find proof of this to show to my counselor?</p>
