<p>I am currently a CC student (freshman) who plans on transferring to UIUC as a Junior in the fall of 2013. My question is, can I apply for the secondary education minor during my sophomore year in my CC or am I only allowed to apply for the secondary education minor when I'm at UIUC? If this is the case then I'm kind of concerned about transferring here because I wouldn't want to add another year to graduate just because I'm not allowed to apply or get accepted into a program.</p>
