Question About Sending Sat Scores

I see that the University of Pennsylvania requires students to send all of their sat scores. What would happen to me if I only sent scores from one test day.

The first time I took the sat I got a 400 on reading. Then the Second time I got a 750. So, I don't want them to see that 400. So what would happen to me if I only sent the 750 test?

@OP: By NOT sending all your scores, you have clearly violated Penn’s testing policy. You are subject to rejection.

Just follow the bloody rules; they say they superscore so just send them all your scores. Why is it so hard to follow these rules?
