Question about the non-custodial parent form, can you answer it?

I have not had contact with my non-custodial parent for 14 years, and I don't even known where he lives (my parents divorced in Russia). So, when I fill out the non-custodial parent information how should I indicate that I don't know the whereabouts of my non-custodial parent? Link would be super helpful.

THANK YOU

If you really have not had contact with your non-custodial parent AND do not even know where he/she is, you should contact the college(s) and find out if they will grant you a non-custodial profile waiver. Your non-custodial parent is supposed to complete this form…not you. To do this, you would need to have income and asset information from him.

I would very strongly suggest you contact the schools. HOWEVER do this only if you really do not have any contact with your non-custodial parent…and have someone (school counselor or clergyman or someone) who can write a letter to verify this.
