<p>is it possible to get an admission letter from a UC that you didn't apply to?
and if you do decide to go there, do you owe them the application fee? haha

<p>I got into UCR as a freshman without applying there, no and you don't owe them a fee, haha my other friends were like how come i got into UCR. It's so lame, i don't think it's the same for transfers though because i didn't receive anything from them.</p>
